Terms of use

These terms explain how Warp Valley Inc. provides the Formanza website, browser demos and related services, and how Apple’s license applies to the iPhone app.

The iPhone app and its license

For a copy obtained through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless the product page expressly identifies a custom license. It governs the scope of the app license, restrictions, warranties and liability. These website and service terms supplement that agreement. If the two conflict about the app license, the applicable license controls.

If you install a beta through TestFlight, Apple’s TestFlight terms also apply. Beta features and data formats can change, and a test build can expire.

Your content and calculations

You retain the rights you hold in the forms, formulas, answers and photos you create or add. Only enter or share material you have permission to use, particularly when it contains information about another person.

A result depends on your inputs, units, ranges and formula. Check those settings and the result before using it for a decision. You choose whether to sync or export your data and where to keep backup files. Restoring a backup replaces the current local library.

Optional form spaces and refunds

Where offered, an additional form space is an individual in-app purchase, not a recurring subscription. Apple displays the price and currency before you confirm payment. Removing a form frees its space for reuse. The app uses Apple’s purchase history and verification service to determine available spaces, including any refund or revocation.

For a purchase problem, contact support. You can also request a refund through Apple, which handles billing and decides requests under its rules and applicable law.

Using the website and demos

You may use the website and demos to learn about Formanza and try sample forms. Demo changes exist in the current browser page. They are separate from your iPhone records. Use the services lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with their operation or verify transactions you are not entitled to.

Warp Valley Inc. and its licensors retain their rights in the app, brand and website materials. These terms do not limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to you. Updates to these terms will appear here with their effective date.
